Social housing is the term given to accommodation that is provided at affordable rates, on a secure basis to people on low incomes or with particular needs.
We have built great relationships with housing associations, councils and non-profit organizations mainly in Greater Manchester & Merseyside Areas. Typically government-backed organizations will offer to lease our properties for 3-5 years, with guaranteed rent, no bills, no voids.
BMW Properties
BMV stands for ‘Below Market Value’, and it’s a term that is bandied about both online and off by property gurus and pundits across the country.
We are not a fan of this term, especially in 2022 when prices have hiked due to high demand, having said that, we do get discounted property deals consistently.

Project Management
We have a lot of investors in our group who live out of these areas, some even abroad, so it’s our duty to work on behalf of them. We spend time overseeing their projects from start to finish.We DO NOT project manage for investors outside of our group.
Inhouse Build Team
Using the right contractors can be the difference between profit and loss….that’s why we have established a build team for cost and quality control. In our experience, the average waiting time for a good builder is 3 months. One of the benefits of having an in-house build team is the ability to turn around projects quickly. We DO NOT recommend our build team to investors outside of our group.
Brokers
Whether you want to Buy- Refurb – Refinance or you are an international investor, we have a number of brokers who can help. We DO NOT recommend them to anyone outside of our group.
Sale Progression
Between 2021- 2022, the average property completion time was between 4-6 months, we were able to cut this time by 50%!… This is because we have a sales progression team. Their daily job is to assure solicitors are working on our deals as fast as they can. In other words, if you buy one of our deals, we will do the chasing for you! Our sales progression team is ONLY available to investors in our group.
